This project originally started as a custom decal set to help convert a D-7 from AMT/ERTL's three ship set into a more up-to-date version of the K'tinga class ships. My first attempt at decals was nothing more than photo copies of top and bottom views of a painted K'tinga, a bit fuzzy. I drew these decals in AutoCAD from reference pictures studio model of Star Trek VI's "Kronos One" and added color in Photoshop. They are designed to fit on a standard D-7 and convert it into a movie era Cruiser. They are available in any production kit or custom scale, and come in 6 different color schemes: red, blue, green, neutral, purple and orange. The samples shown here are the low resolution thumb-nails for one side only. You get a full set of high resolution decals when you order for any scale. I'll be adding thumbnails of all the sheets later...stay linked. Price - $15.00 per sheet, plus $4.50 for shipping and handling.
