The Imperial Japanese Navy's Battleship Yamato in 1/350th Scale - Price - $1,250.00

Ah, what ship model collection is complete without the Yamato? This model was built from the Tamiya 1/350th scale kit. The kit came motorized, but I added a Futaba, two channel radio. I modified the deck by moving the separation location forward to allow easier access to the throttle servo and receiver batteries. I also used the to-scale rudders and added a bell crank so I could steer them both. She is detailed with Gold Medal Models' brass photo etch set. I decided to include both the "in action" and "not in action flags" although this would never have been seen on the actual ship. It comes with a custom oak base.

Price - $1,250, plus $150 shipping and handling.
